Can I change my mailing address?

Yes, email us at subs@countrywidemedia.co.nz or call us on 0800 695 433 to let us know your new address.

If I renew before my subscription runs out, will I receive one of the issues twice?

No, you can renew whenever you like and we will add your new subscription onto the end of your old one. 

When will my magazine arrive?

Subscriber copies are posted via NZ Post the week prior to the on sale date — exact delivery times will depend on your local post. 

I'm trying to renew my subscription but I'm having trouble using the discount code.

Renewing subscribers are entitled to a loyalty discount on our standard pricing. Please select the length of subscription you wish to have and add it to your cart. Then when you go to our online checkout, enter the renewal code in the available field. The code can be found on the letter recently mailed to you. Find this on the back page of the letter under 'Subscription Offers'. If you are still having trouble, email us at subs@countrywidemedia.co.nz or call us on 0800 695 433.

I’m buying this subscription as a gift but I've bought the recipient the latest issue in the shops. Can it start with the next issue?

 

Yes, just select 'Next Issue' when ordering your subscription.

I’ve just bought a copy of the latest magazine, can I start the subscription from the next issue?

Yes, just select the option to start with 'Next Issue'.

I ordered a subscription to NZ Life & Leisure but it hasn’t arrived yet?

NZ Life & Leisure is a bi-monthly magazine so it can take up to six weeks to receive the first issue of your subscription.

Can I order multiple gift subscriptions to recipients with different addresses?

Yes, however if each subscription is going to a different address they need to be processed as separate transactions. If it's easier, email us at subs@countrywidemedia.co.nz or call us on 0800 695 433.

I'm looking for an article or competition — where is it?

I want to buy a back issue, can I do this?

Back issues or old magazine issues are available to buy, depending on availability. Email us at subs@countrywidemedia.co.nz or call us on 0800 695 433 to find out if the magazine you are interested in is available.

I live outside of New Zealand, can I subscribe?

Unfortunately international subscriptions to our print editions are no longer available due to freight increases as a result of Covid-19. Another option is a digital subscription to the magazine through Press Reader.
